Yakuza 4 Pantie stealing special moves

Here is a scene from chapter 4(the promise) of Yakuza 4 on the PS3, where 1 of the 4 main protagonists of the game Shun Akiyama takes pictures of a pantie stealing thief and uses the thief's abilities as special moves during fight sequences. After watching the capture of the special move stick around to see the special move being performed during a fight sequence. Quite strange yet highly entertaining.
